Employees are required to have reliable transportation to report to job sites and work 8-4 PM. Those who effectively contribute value during times of limited tasks on site will receive extended hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM) and more scheduled days. However, individuals requiring constant direction to add value will be removed from the schedule at short notice on days with limited on-site tasks.
All employees start $4 above Illinois minimum wage, contingent on punctuality and effort. Failure results in termination at minimum wage. Skill evaluations occur after the first 30 days, again 90 days later, and again every July after completing a revolving responsibility; with pay adjustments based on competency across skills as follows:
Student 1: New, learning our processes
Student 2: Understands needs, assists others
Worker 1: Works independently, knows the process
Worker 2: Adept at tasks, can manage a second person
Teacher 1: Understands all processes, ensures site efficiency
Teacher 2: Coordinates workers based on skill, optimizes workflow
All employees begin at the student 1 level regardless of prior experience to ensure familiarity with our practices. After 30 days-on-the-job, an evaluation will occur with a maximum pay increase up to student 2 level across all competencies (+ $2.64/hr). Proficiently operating at the student 2 level offers employees the chance to demonstrate their teamwork capabilities.
After an additional 90 days-on-the-job, advancement to worker 2 across all competencies is possible (+$7.92/hr).

Responsibilities rotate annually. After managing each responsibility, you qualify for a project management assignment. Performance in project management at each competency level determines re-evaluation for teacher status, with pay adjustments reflecting effectiveness.
