Employees are required to have reliable transportation to report to job sites and work 8-4 PM. Those who effectively contribute value during times of limited tasks on site will receive extended hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM) and more scheduled days. However, individuals requiring constant direction to add value will be removed from the schedule at short notice on days with limited on-site tasks.
All employees start at $17/hr in 2026. Evaluations occur weekly for the first 30 days to determine appropriate pay, again 90 days later, and again every June. An example pay sheet with 2026 pricing is provided at the bottom of this page
Helper 1: New, learning our processes, keeps site clean, provides workers with assistance
Helper 3: Understands needs, assists others before correctly with out being asked
Worker 1: Works independently, knows the process
Worker 3: Adept at tasks, can manage a second person
Teacher 1: Understands all processes, can teach and manage up to 3 employees at a time
Teacher 3: Can run an entire job from mobilization to on time completion with out assistance
Employees will be enrolled in our CDL training program at the end of year 2. Completion is required to advance past the worker to pay rate
