Phased Paradise: Evolution of a Poolscape in Frankfort
In 2014, a client approached us with a vision for their future retirement home in Frankfort. They desired a landscape that would evolve over time, starting with a spacious Unilock Beacon Hill patio for entertaining, a cozy pavilion for fall football games, and a tranquil seating area by the master bedroom. With a desire to pay as they progressed, we embarked on phase one in 2015, coinciding with their home’s construction. By the time they moved in, they could already enjoy the pavilion and patio.
In 2016, we enhanced the space with carefully chosen landscape plants and privacy plantings, laying the groundwork for future phases. By 2019, it was time to expand the patio and fulfill their dream of installing a pool. This wasn’t just any pool; it featured four water features and three fire features, elevating the project to new heights.
Our approach allows clients to tackle expensive projects at their own pace, ensuring each phase is completed to perfection. Even if they choose not to proceed with future phases, they’re left with a polished landscape. This project is just one example of our commitment to creating multistage masterpieces for our valued clients.
