$20k Collage Scholarship Program
We highly recommend applying at the end of your sophomore year of high school.
Employees who begin at that time can work their sophomore and junior summers to qualify for our CDL Training Program. Employees who successfully complete CDL training over their senior year winter break can graduate high school with:
- real work experience
- a Class A CDL
- eligibility for our College Scholarship Program
At the end of the summer following high school graduation, qualifying employees become eligible for their first $5,000 tuition payment.
Employees in the scholarship program:
- receive full worker pay
- are expected to work 32 hours per week during the summer
- are expected to work Saturdays during the spring and fall
To remain eligible, employees must:
- maintain a 3.0 GPA
- work a minimum of 525 hours per season
- maintain company standards and expectations
Qualifying employees will receive a $5,000 tuition payment directly to their college each qualifying year for up to four years.

$20,000
This program is designed for employees who have already demonstrated:

This is not free money.
